Registering more than 8 attendees?
If you need to register more than 8 attendees for your parish you will need to fill out the form multiple times. The form allows for 8 registrants per form.  Each time you fill out the form please use the same contact information.

Deadline to Register is February 27th, 2026.

Vendor Conference Registration

Vendor Fee:

Vendor Exhibit: $1,500
(incudes 2 registered representatives entrance to all conference events)

Each Additional Representative: $400

The Conference will provide the opportunity for your company to have contact with over 300 Clerks and Deputy Clerks from across the State.  As with other growing and progressive offices, the Clerks are the decision makers and are especially interested in learning about the newest technology on today's market to increase the efficiency of their operations.

Back again this year - VIP VENDOR EXPERIENCE!  A unique opportunity for exclusive time with the Clerks of Court!  This event will be Monday, March 16th from 4-5 PM.

Exhibit tables will be provided.

Internet and Electricity will be available.

Limited Space - Register Early!

Vendor Exhibit Set-up begins at 10 am until 3 pm on Monday, March 16, 2026.
Vendor Exhibit Dismantle will be on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 after a special vendor recognition event at 3pm.
